Shipping policy

All North Strong products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing time: Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping time: Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected. For Canadian domestic orders, standard shipping is typically about 3–4 business days after fulfillment, while international shipments can take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, product availability, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional reshipping costs may apply.
